No Returns Policy
All orders placed with SHODASHI VASTRA are considered final once they have been successfully processed and delivered. As part of our strict business policy, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, size guides, and all relevant details carefully before completing their purchase.
No Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Fit-related concerns
- Personal preference changes
- Change of mind after purchase
As all purchases are final, customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Product Claims
While we maintain strict quality control measures, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must adhere to the following conditions:
- You must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Any claims raised after 48 hours from the recorded delivery time will be strictly denied without exception.
- The product must remain completely unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging materials, and accessories must be intact and preserved.
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage or defect is mandatory for claim verification.
Please note that failure to provide sufficient evidence or failure to meet any of the above conditions will automatically result in claim rejection.
Claim Review & Resolution
Upon successful verification of the issue, SHODASHI VASTRA reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:
- Product replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit (if deemed applicable)
The final resolution will be provided strictly at the discretion of SHODASHI VASTRA.
No Cash Refunds
Under no circumstances will cash refunds or monetary reimbursements be issued for any order, including approved damaged or defective claims.
Policy Acceptance
